User Account Types and Access Policy
Purpose:
To define the different types of user accounts in Volue, and outline requirements for HR registration and device usage to ensure compliance, security, and proper resource management.
1. Account Types
1.1 Full-Time Employee Account

Description: Standard accounts for all permanent employees of Volue.

Includes:
- Full-time employees
- Interns or students on fixed-term assignments.

Requirements:
- Must be registered in the HR system.
- Must use Volue-managed devices to access Volue resources.
1.2 External Consultant Accounts

Description: Accounts for third-party individuals contracted to work with Volue.

Requirements:
- Must be registered in the HR system.
- Must use Volue-managed devices unless a justified exception is granted by IT Ops.
1.3 Guest Account

Description: Temporary, limited-access accounts for external users with no contractual relationship with Volue.

Examples: Partners, or one-time collaborators, short-term visitors.

Restrictions:
- Not registered in the HR system.
- Limited access to Volue resources.
2. Device and Resource Access Policy
- All employees and consultants must use Volue devices to access Volue systems, networks, and data.
