How-To Enroll iPhone

1. Tap App Store icon on home screen

2. Search for Company Portal app and install it

Note: In Norwegian it's called Firmaportal for Intune

3. Once the app is installed - open it by tapping Open button or launching it from home screen

4. Depending if you already have any apps accessing Volue resources (e.g. Outlook or OneDrive), you'll either be asked to sign in with your Volue email or to select your Volue account that has been found on the device

5. In case you receive prompt to allow Company Portal to send notifications, tap on Allow

6. Press Begin on the Set up Volue access page bottom's to start enrollment process

7. Review privacy page and press Continue

8. Back on the Set up Volue access page, tap Continue to proceed to downloading management profile

9. Tap on Allow when prompted to allow to download a configuration profile

10. Tap Close once profile is downloaded.

11. Tap Continue when returned to Set up Volue access page

12. Instructions on how to install management profile will show on screen

13. Switch back to device's home screen and open Settings

14. Open General section

15. Open VPN & Device Management

16. Tap on Management Profile under Downloaded profile section

17. Tap on Install

18. Enter your passcode if asked

19. Tap on Install button to install management profile

20. In the warning window, press Install to proceed

21. Tap Trust button when asked if you trust this profile's source

22. Once profile is installed, tap Done to complete

23. Open Company Portal again to get back to Set up Volue access page and press Continue to proceed

24. Wait until device check is complete

25. When check is over, verify everything completed successfully (all steps are green) and press Done to complete the enrollment
