M365 - How to install Microsoft Project and Visio

Request for a license via itsupport@volue.com

To install Microsoft Project or/and Microsoft Visio.

1) Open Company Portal (wait up to 30 minutes untill both application will shows up)

2) Shutdown all Microsoft Office Products products:

3) Install Microsoft Project or Microsoft Visio

Both application request different license, so if you want both you need to request for both license.

4) if you need both applications:

a) Downolad and install first Microsoft Project.

b) Verify if installation has finished

c) Shutdown MS Project and other Microsoft Office softwar.

d) .Downolad and install Microsoft Visio.

5) When you get FAIL during installation, check if application is not already installed on Your PC

Manual installation for Windows and MacOS:

Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
In the Microsoft 365 home page, select Install and more dropdown and select Install Microsoft 365 apps.

From My Account, select Apps & devices.
Find product from the list and choose your language and the 64-bit or 32-bit version, then select Install. (If you have any other Microsoft 365 apps installed, make sure to select the same bit version for your Visio installation.

Tip: If product isn't listed as an install option under Apps & devices, it could mean you don't have a license.

App should now begin downloading. Follow the prompts below to complete the installation.

Depending on your browser, select Open (in Edge or Chrome).

If you see the User Account Control prompt that says, Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? select Yes.

The install begins.
Your install is finished when you see the phrase, "You're all set! Visio/Project is installed now" and an animation plays to show you where to find the app on your computer.

Follow the instructions in the window to find App. For example, depending on your version of Windows, select Start and then scroll to find Visio/Project from your list of apps.
