M365 - How to setup MFA Microsoft Authenticator

1. Install Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile phone

2. Using your computer and your Volue credentials login to: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

3. Check that you have set up Microsoft Authenticator as a sign in method (1) and ensure that this is set as the default method

4. Relogin to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and verify if you get MFA request on your mobile phone. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App and check if the notification pops up when the app opens. May happen if the app is put to sleep (Android issue).
