VPN - How to connect to Volue VPN - Check Point VPN
Access to Company Network via VPN Check Point VPN is only required when you work remotely from home, hotel etc.

sweden.vpn.volue.com
Access is required to connect to the VPN. If you do not currently have access, please submit a request here
1) Find Check Point VPN in the search bar in Windows 10 or Windows 11
2) Enter your Volue credentials and click connect (only username, not mail, e.g. - kady.brookes)
3) When reaching 47% it will prompt you for an MFA verification in your Microsoft Authenticator App.
4) When VPN connects successfully, it should present a “Connection Succeeded” message

If you don’t get any MFA prompt, or any other errors at this point please check the following:
a. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App and check if the notification pops up when the app opens. May happen if the app is put to sleep (Android issue)
b. Using your computer and your Volue credentials, visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
c. Check that you have set up Microsoft Authenticator as a sign in method (1) and ensure that this is set as the default method
d. Try logging in again after changing the sign-in methods. If you’re still not presented with a verification popup on your phone, contact itsupport@volue.com for further assistance.
